Fuzzy Logic Based Decision Maker System for Choosing Cars Using MATLAB

The Decision maker is developed using fuzzy logic .The Decision Maker helps the user with the decision about which car to buy by considering his own criteria. It uses the basic fuzzy set operations. The Decision Maker with a GUI has been developed in MATLAB. Its GUI displays a menu containing options of small cars and luxury cars. By clicking on any of the options, the user can display the list of all the cars in that category and their different parameters which are to be considered for the decision to choose a car. Then the user enters the list of cars regarding which the decision has to be made and the criteria which the user wants to consider to buy the car with the scale of importance for each criteria. The user also enters a score for each car with respect to each criteria. The Decision Maker then finds an appropriate car for the users according to the criteria entered by him.
